Bloomy Terms of Service

Effective & Last Updated: November 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bloomy (the “Bot”, “Application”, or “Service”), developed and maintained by Bloomy Productions.

Third-Party Application Notice & Discord Compliance

Bloomy is an independent third-party Discord application created by Bloomy Productions. Bloomy is not officially affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or endorsed by Discord Inc. These Terms do not replace or modify Discord’s own policies. All users, administrators, and communities utilizing Bloomy must strictly adhere to the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, and Discord Developer Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Bloomy to a Discord server, executing its slash or prefix commands, accessing its web interfaces, or interacting with any of its features, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not invite, configure, or interact with Bloomy, and server owners must immediately remove the bot from their Discord servers.

2. Acceptable Use

Bloomy is designed to provide automated server defense, audit logging, voice management, community utility, and role administration for legitimate Discord communities. You agree to use Bloomy strictly in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Server owners and administrators may configure Bloomy according to their server policies, provided those policies do not infringe upon Discord’s Community Guidelines or Developer Policy.

3. Prohibited Activities

When utilizing Bloomy, you may NOT under any circumstances:

  • Engage in, facilitate, or promote harassment, hate speech, raiding, nuke attacks, or illegal activities.
  • Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or trick Bloomy’s security systems, permission checks, or authorization gates.
  • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, race conditions, or command timeouts for malicious server disruption.
  • Abuse automated rate limits, spam command invocations, or perform distributed denial of service attempts.
  • Attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized scraping of Bloomy’s infrastructure or databases.
  • Use Bloomy to distribute malicious software, phishing links, token grabbers, or harmful URLs.
  • Impersonate Bloomy, Bloomy Productions developers, support personnel, or server administration staff.
4. Server Administration and Permissions

Bloomy enforces strict role and permission hierarchy rules to protect server stability:

  • Administrator Permission Protection: Only the actual Discord Server Owner (or authorized Bot Owner) can authorize changes involving the Discord Administrator permission. Ordinary administrators, moderators, or whitelisted users are strictly forbidden from assigning Administrator-enabled roles or escalating permissions.
  • Bloomy Authorized Sub-Roles: Bloomy manages designated internal sub-roles and shield roles (such as Bloomy Security, Bloomy Core, and Bloomy Sentinel). These roles are calibrated for autonomous system defense and must not be assigned to regular members.
  • Discord Role Hierarchy: Bloomy strictly adheres to Discord’s native role hierarchy. Bloomy cannot assign or modify roles placed equal to or higher than its own highest role, and cannot modify the server owner.
5. Moderation and Security Features

Bloomy incorporates automated defense modules including Anti-Nuke, Anti-Raid, Anti-Admin Abuse, AutoMod, Phishing / Token Grabber Detection, and Self-Healing Hierarchy Verification.

When enabled by server administrators, Bloomy may automatically quarantine, mute, kick, or ban accounts identified as malicious or violating safety thresholds. Server owners acknowledge that automated moderation actions are executed on behalf of server leadership in accordance with configured settings.

6. Bot Availability and Limitations

Bloomy is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While Bloomy Productions strives for maximum uptime and reliability:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.
  • Service may be temporarily degraded or suspended for routine maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or emergency security mitigation.
  • Bloomy Productions is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or damages resulting from Discord API outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.
7. User and Server Owner Responsibilities

Server owners and community administrators are solely responsible for:

  • Assigning bot permissions judiciously and maintaining proper role hierarchy within their Discord server.
  • Ensuring that server moderators and staff use bot commands responsibly and ethically.
  • Securing any server authorization passwords or credentials configured via Bloomy.
  • Informing their community members about bot moderation and data handling practices.
8. Data Collection and Privacy

Bloomy prioritizes data minimization and transparency. In accordance with actual technical implementation:

What Bloomy Stores:
  • Discord Guild IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs, and User IDs necessary to link configurations, whitelist statuses, leveling points, and temporary roles.
  • Operational configurations (e.g., security thresholds, welcome channel IDs, self-role mappings, auto-moderation keyword filters).
  • Audit and security event logs (timestamp, actor ID, target ID, action description) for moderation accountability.
  • Public user reviews submitted voluntarily on the official website (display name, rating, comment text, submission timestamp).
What Bloomy Does NOT Store:
  • Discord user passwords, authentication tokens, payment credentials, credit card details, or sensitive personal identity documents.
  • User chat messages are processed in-memory for immediate anti-spam/URL verification and discarded; messages are never sold or used for commercial profiling.
Data Retention & Deletion:

Data is stored in isolated SQLite database files with WAL replication. Server owners may request complete guild configuration deletion by contacting Bloomy Support or removing the bot from their server.

9. Abuse, Exploitation, and Unauthorized Access

Any attempt to exploit the bot, perform unauthorized privilege escalation, tamper with the bot’s highest roles, or orchestrate sabotage will trigger autonomous defense systems. Bloomy may instantly revoke permissions, revert unauthorized changes, and issue permanent blacklists against offending users and servers.

10. Suspension and Termination of Access

Bloomy Productions reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke bot access for any server or user, with or without prior notice, if they:

  • Violate these Terms of Service or Discord’s Community Guidelines.
  • Use the bot in servers dedicated to illegal, malicious, or predatory content.
  • Directly compromise the stability, security, or integrity of Bloomy’s services.
11. Changes to These Terms

Bloomy Productions may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect operational improvements, regulatory adjustments, or Discord policy updates. When updates occur, the “Effective & Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of Bloomy following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
